These Terms govern your use of the AI Gita Mentor (the "Service") provided by Apply Gita Wisdom. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The nature of the Service

The AI Gita Mentor offers spiritual and educational guidance rooted in the Bhagavad Gita and the Neuro-Acoustic Protocol, in the voice of Ganga Narayan Das. It is not therapy, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or may harm yourself or others, contact local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the Service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account and for activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.

4. Plans & billing

Seeker is free. Abhyāsi is ₹649/month and Sādhaka is ₹1,999/month, billed monthly via Razorpay.
Paid plans auto-renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Prices are in INR and may change with notice; changes do not affect the period already paid for.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to breach security, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Do not attempt to extract, scrape, or resell the gated knowledge, prompts, or content.
Do not submit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes others' rights.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its content, the protocol, and the underlying knowledge base are owned by Apply Gita Wisdom / Ganga Narayan Das and are protected by law. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own practice. Conversations you have are yours; you grant us a limited right to process them to operate and improve the Service.

7. AI-generated content

Responses are generated by AI and may contain errors. Use your own judgment; do not rely on the Service for decisions requiring a licensed professional.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apply Gita Wisdom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of the applicable jurisdiction in India.
