Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to subscriptions to the AI Gita Mentor by Apply Gita Wisdom, billed via Razorpay.

1. Free to begin

The Seeker tier is free, forever. You can experience the mentor before paying for anything — we encourage you to do so before subscribing.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us. On cancellation, your subscription will not renew, and you retain access to the paid tier until the end of the current billing period. We do not auto-charge after cancellation.

3. Refunds

• Subscriptions are billed monthly for a service delivered immediately and continuously. Partial-month or pro-rated refunds are generally not provided once a billing period has begun.
• If you were charged in error, charged after a confirmed cancellation, or experienced a technical failure that prevented access, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and issue a refund where appropriate.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.

5. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
