The AI Gita Mentor is a digital service. There are no physical goods, and therefore no physical shipping is involved.

1. Digital delivery

• Access to the free Seeker tier is available immediately upon creating an account.
• For paid tiers (Abhyāsi, Sādhaka), access is activated immediately after a successful payment via Razorpay — there is nothing to ship.
• You access the Service online at app.applygitawisdom.com using your account credentials.

2. Access issues

If your paid features are not active within a few minutes of a successful payment, please refresh and sign in again. If the issue persists, contact connect@applygitawisdom.com with your payment reference and we will resolve it promptly.

3. Downloadable materials

Where a plan includes downloadable summaries or reflections, these are delivered electronically within the Service.
